Mr. Landeros is an entrepreneurial-minded healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience in a variety of complex health care settings.  Cesar has worked in both for-profit and non-profit health care organizations and has led strategic direction for multiple health care operations including long-term care facilities, independent and assisted living facilities, private physician and medical group practices, urgent care and outpatient surgical clinics.

Cesar has a passion for business models and innovation, which drove him to obtain his MBA from the very prestigious President/Key Executive MBA program at Pepperdine University, where the focus of the program is business strategy and strategic thinking for C-Suite and President level executives.

Mr. Landeros has acquired a passion for education and teaching.  He now serves as faculty to the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University.  Cesar has gleaned business strategy lessons from a variety of industry experts including top executives from Mattel, Microsoft, Niagara Bottling, Capital Group, Cedar Sinai, UCLA, Jadi Communications, and many others.

His academic and entrepreneurship ventures has led him to study markets and conduct business in APAC regions, including China, Thailand, and Philippines.  He grew to appreciate the challenges in caring for seniors and care delivery, given the regional and cultural constraints.  The lessons he has learned from projects in APAC inspired a pursuit for a terminal degree and is now a Doctor of Science in Administration of Health Services candidate at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
